[Locked] - How to move the screen from blocking the chart when trying to trade from the charts?

SC: Is there a way to move the trading splash screen to somewhere else on the monitor so that when I right click on a chart and I am in the process of selecting...buy limit, or buy stop, or sell limit or sell stop.... that chart isn't covered up by the splash screen. I would include a screenshot but the software removes the splash screen when I click on the edit dropdown. |

We have no idea what you are referring to. Provide a screenshot of what you are seeing using an external program. Maybe you are referring to an order confirmation?

Thanks, Xfanman. That is exactly what i am seeing SC: How do i move that splash screen out of the way. It blocks the charts and therefore I can't see exactly where the price is when i am trying to enter an order. You can clearly see what I am asking in the screenshot the Xfanman posted. Please fix that or instruct me how to fix it so that it doesn't block the charts i am trying to enter the order on. |

You must have missed this request earlier. Also, SC, the post above from Xfanman shows a pictures of exactly what i am seeing. How do you move that screen to the side so that the current prices can be seen on the chart. |

That selection menu is not movable. Its position is controlled by the Operating System. Nonetheless, it does not matter anyway. The price at which you are placing your order is based on where you first right-clicked, which is prior to that menu coming up. Therefore, you have already selected your price position, and then it is a matter of selecting what type of order you want to enter. The price that you right-clicked at is also displayed at the top left of the chart in the Trade Mode Box: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Entering Orders From the Chart The menus are also customizable: Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Trade Menu (Global Settings menu) This thread is now locked and we cannot answer any further questions on this subject.
