That selection menu is not movable. Its position is controlled by the Operating System. Nonetheless, it does not matter anyway. The price at which you are placing your order is based on where you first right-clicked, which is prior to that menu coming up. Therefore, you have already selected your price position, and then it is a matter of selecting what type of order you want to enter.
