What can I do and how can I do

Hi all, I have a real account with a broker, but I only use it for quotes. The money on the balance sheet is over and I need to update the platform.
I was shown the message that you have to pay 24 dollars.
Is this the question?
I need quotes online euro pound and SP500 tell me on the steps how to pay everything correctly and whether I need to contact the broker for recovery

Yes you do need to make a payment on the account yourself. For the next five days your account is active but you need to login to Sierra Chart using the same account you have used on this Support Board following these instructions here:

After the 5 days, the account will just revert to free mode. Which will have restrictions <--These are the words I'm afraid of them :)

So I still have a couple of questions:
1. can I refill the balance on the weekend
and
2. When will it expire 5 days? on Monday ?
