Hi, my Sierra chart is not connecting to my bitmex server. It was working perfectly fine laat week however began lacking on the weekened. Could you offer any assistance? Cheers. This is not something we can help with. This is a BitMEX server issue. However, what you should do in this case is select File >> Disconnect, wait about two hours and try connecting again with File >> Connect to Data Feed. We are going to be working on a new connection model to BitMEX to work around this but it is not likely to get done for another month.
