I would gladly pay for support I cannot connect and I would like to start my combie with TOP STEP TRADER

I have tried all the fixes and still nothing

We see you are using version 997 and we do not fully control the connection process in that version so there may not be anything we can do to help in an interactive support call. We can only help with the newest versions of Sierra Chart. Update with Help >> Download Current Version.

After you have installed the update go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Full Reset button. Wait for the symbol list to fill up and then press OK.

Try connecting with File >> Connect to Data Feed. If you still have difficulty let us know.
