Missing Data

I'm not sure if this is a platform issue, or a data provider issue.
I've already asked Rithmic for a call.
In the meantime:

I am missing data from Friday afternoon until This morning at 8 am,
when I flipped my machines on.

There is no data for any of my charts, for sunday night and
early monday morning.

Have you seen this problem before? Any help is much appreciated.

I also don't get a backfill when I start Sierra V1032. When I delete and download the data I get the missing bars. Looks like an Optimus issue because a friend also trades with Optimus but uses an earlier version of Sierra and he had the same problem today.

I am with Rithmic feed too and I also had those problems. Delete and download solved the problem but only on the second try.

I was able to update, but now I don't get a log file. (I'm assuming I should be looking at 'trade service log').
There is nothing written under trade service log.


Normally a log file appears upon connecting to rithmic.
-now there is none.

When I am connected I receive real time data. However, there is no loading of recent data.
I only have data for the time when my computer was connected.

So I have data from 806 to 830. & 930 to 10.
There is only data for the time periods when I was logged in.

Yon is absolutely correct. "DELETE AND DOWNLOAD" under edit, used two times, fixes the issue.

Correction.
Delete and download will fix the issue, TEMPORARILY.

When I reopen Sierra Chart I am still missing all of the data from the last time I had the chart loaded.

The issue appears to be that I am not requesting or receiving the historic data (from the last 2 days).
Do you know what I am supposed to do? / Who I am supposed to contact?
Is this a Rithmic or Sierra Issue? Should I reinstall Sierra?
Is there a way to change data feed settings?
