Not Getting Options Data on Most Options

AMP Futures referred me to you. They have confirmed that my account is set up for options. I'm getting data in the DOM window for a few options, but for most, it's blank, no activity. I'm looking at the March contract on soybeans. I'm getting prices in the DOM for a February 990 call, but not January 990 call, or Jan 1000 call. This is the same for both simulated and live trading settings. How can I get data on all options? Thanks Wade Olvey |

We do not control the CQG data feed which you are using. This is not something we are able to help with. The basic problem is there are numerous options, and it is your responsibility to know which ones you want and to figure out what are the correct symbols. That is just not within the scope of our support and if you are not getting data from CQG, we have absolutely no control over that whatsoever. So this is terribly unproductive for us to try to get involved in this. We just cannot help. Instead you really should use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for options data. Refer to the instructions here for this: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#FuturesOptions It is going to be much easier and better. And this is going to be a service we can support. Also there are various ZS futures January 990 calls. We can tell by looking at our own data feed. Make sure you are using the right one. The other thing, is you want to make sure that your CQG account is enabled for historical price data. Contact your broker about this.
