We do not control the CQG data feed which you are using. This is not something we are able to help with. The basic problem is there are numerous options, and it is your responsibility to know which ones you want and to figure out what are the correct symbols. That is just not within the scope of our support and if you are not getting data from CQG, we have absolutely no control over that whatsoever. So this is terribly unproductive for us to try to get involved in this. We just cannot help. Instead you really should use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for options data.
