We apologize for the delay. Do you really have to use Rithmic? Who is your broker? There is nothing we can do from our side in regards to this connection problem. Clearly there is some Security software on your system blocking the connection. Connecting to Rithmic is more complicated than other services. Thank you. We were able to connect to RTrader with the same login credentials on the same computer Sierra is on. For some reason, we cannot connect to Rithmic on Sierra Chart. Any ideas?
