connection problems

Hi Guys, PLs - since a couple days back when I press the Save All button, i get this error message. I am not sure if it causes a connection loss or not, as data seems uninterrupted ? Hi, PLs help - I placed a live trade at 13.00 on M6E using Sierra trade window, but although sierra drew the lines for the orders on the chart, the price went through them - entry and targets without actually registering or entering or exiting a trade - nothing at all. Worse even when trying to quickkly cancel all orders it refused to cancel them , so i presume programme was busy doing something else - please see copy of both logs attached.
