We do not need to see the Trade Activity log.

We need to see the Message Log. Here are instructions:

Have been noticing something similar the past few days. The live data pauses for a few seconds (although TICK-NYSE still updates during this time). Then the flow resumes after usually 2-8 seconds, more like a buffering issue rather than loss of data. Noticed it mostly occuring during heavy volume periods - especially in the first half hour of US open markets.
Using CTS-T4 feed through Top Step Trader for futures contracts. This is a new scenario (data pause/buffering) not experienced prior in the past few years.

We do not know why you provided the Trade Activity Log when we specifically said we do not need that.

Anyway, we see you are using CTS T4. This is going to be a CTS issue.

Refer to:

Consider using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:

In response to post #4, this is a CTS issue. What you can do is go to this page and activate one of the CME Group exchanges to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for data instead:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures

We will let CTS know about the problem.
