Hello, I updated my sierra chart about 20 minutes ago and then it stopped working in terms of me not able to login with my details issued by AMP futures. I use sierra chart platform with CQG data feed. Please let me know how to fix this. |

The sierra message log containing the relevant information is at work. I am now at home and so have no access to it at the moment. However, I also have sierra chart at home and I just checked, it was working fine at home, since I did not update it. I remember from the message log at work that part of the message says 'UserName does not exist. Contact Customer Support for assistance.' I also tried restarting my PC at work in safe mode with networking so as to make sure that it wasn't a firewall problem, and that did not work either.

That particular message is from the CQG system. One thing to check is Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Server. It should be Live.
