The sierra message log containing the relevant information is at work. I am now at home and so have no access to it at the moment. However, I also have sierra chart at home and I just checked, it was working fine at home, since I did not update it. I remember from the message log at work that part of the message says 'UserName does not exist. Contact Customer Support for assistance.' I also tried restarting my PC at work in safe mode with networking so as to make sure that it wasn't a firewall problem, and that did not work either.
