Can not connect to Data Source

I am a Sierra Chart user through Infinity. I have installed Infinity/Sierra on a second computer to use for back testing. I get data from Infinity but no Data connection in the Charts and Infinity support told me to contact you. Mort I have uninstalled it reinstalled still no Data Can't even try to change Data source as it is Greyed out. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-10-02 22:15:07

We have released version 1618 which should solve this. Start AT Charts as you normally do. After this, follow the instructions here to update it to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update (Fast Update) Next time you start AT Charts it should connect to TransAct. We apologize for this issue and for the delay. It was not something that was expected. It has to do with an older parameter being used on start up.
