To Whom it May Concern, Two copies/ instances (white label versions) are installed to a single laptop computer that is run from a wireless internet connection. Version one (GreenChart), the earliest installed version, is dedicated for Forex and/or Futures, and includes two applicable data feeds as follows: 1. SC Data - All services [data]; or 2. SC Forex Data (FXCM) [data] Version two, the latest installed version, includes a single "hardwired" feed/ configuration (TransActAT Futures), per tech support, dedicated strictly for futures. This dedicated feed cannot act simultaneously with other like-kind feeds, per tech support, per my understanding. After version two was installed, the version one feed for Futures was rendered void. The historical data downloads, but thereafter, the data is frozen, without market movements. Nonetheless, the Forex data feed continues to function without issues, per either of the two foregoing data feeds. Also, regarding the Data/Trade Service Settings, the service does not connect (Waiting to reconnect...) when attempting to utilize "TransAct Trading [trading]". Moving forward, requested is a solution to restore the single isolated data service feed (Futures) within the multiple data services feed (SC Data - All services [data]). Further requested, if viable, is the ability to connect the Futures data feed via "Transact Trading [trading]". I look forward to your reply and solution. All the best, Jay |

This dedicated feed cannot act simultaneously with other like-kind feeds, per tech support, per my understanding. We do not know what you mean by this. After version two was installed, the version one feed for Futures was rendered void. The historical data downloads, but thereafter, the data is frozen, without market movements. Nonetheless, the Forex data feed continues to function without issues, per either of the two foregoing data feeds. Your conclusion here is incorrect. You can install many instances of Sierra Chart on your system none of which will affect each other. There is some other reason for the problem. Also, regarding the Data/Trade Service Settings, the service does not connect (Waiting to reconnect...) when attempting to utilize "TransAct Trading [trading]". https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#CommonIssues Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
