Hello, We have added support for a new payment processor. When you make a payment for Sierra Chart usage time you will see this as the first payment option available. We would like to know if you have any difficulties using it. One good thing about them is they take a very wide array of payment choices. We have actually never seen any payment processor accept so many. Many of them are specific to countries. They accept direct payments from bank accounts. This is useful for many of our European customers. They also take PayPal payments. When you use PayPal through them, there is no extra fee. We should also be able to reduce the fee when you use our own PayPal account. Unfortunately, because of currency conversions, the actual PayPal fee that we get is close to 8%. This is the reason for the additional fee added on. As we mentioned earlier, we are going to be changing the billing system for Sierra Chart where you add credit to your account and then you choose the options that you want and these are billed monthly from the credit balance. FYI, the new payment processor is not working for me, and I have tried in 3 internet browsers Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. I have been able to add time with emergency activiation for now, but would like to pay for usage time when possible. I didn't see any option to use a different payment processor, but when I click the Purchase button under the pay with credit card section, it says (removed personal info): Your transaction has been canceled. Tried updating all account management info to be completely filled in, and making sure payment page matched, still not working. Removed optional account info now. Still not able to make payment. We do see this on your account. We have contacted our payment processor about this. We are going to be restoring the old payment service. Just give us a couple of hours. Or you can use PayPal.
