SC fails to fetch BitMEX data

I followed the instructions written on this page: BitMEX Trading Service

SC doesn't connect to BitMEX.

Make sure there is not an N in front of your Sierra Chart Account Name on the BitMEX DTC integration page.

There is also another issue we need to let BitMEX know about. We have done that.

The files attached in my previous reply were private, were you able to open them? I changed them to public anyways.

The first time I integrated Sierra Chart on the BitMEX DTC integration page I typed an "N" in front of my account name, mistakenly thinking that was my account name. Then I disconnected that account name, and typed my correct account name: Gorodzhiy.

Yes we were able to open those attachments. They can be made private.


We will let BitMEX know this:
