CTS FIX release 1015 order disappear - Stops dont work

There are some serious issues with release 1015 for the CTS FIX connection. Mainly orders disappear from the screen and then execute when price is hit. Also, the stops are not working. See the following screenshots. Price Below the stop: http://screencast.com/t/HhYvZz3Ky A few minutes later targets and stops disappear: http://screencast.com/t/6na7iaxwuaEN This afternoon I had an order execute which I thought I was cancelled. It was not cancelled it was just hidden. In addition the Cancel ALL button was grayed out so it appears there are no standing orders. Robert |

This is the rouge order. Submitted the order at 12:30 and appeared to cancel it. However, it executed at 14:44. There is a curious entry about the order being re-activated. See order details below. Order detail: http://screencast.com/t/ULBYU76Vn |

Posts #1 through #3: We are working on these issues now. Please give us about one to two hours. We did do thorough testing. However, this issue with the orders disappearing was something that we did not catch on to because our testing was short-term. The reason for this has to do with some special integration we did because the CTS FIX implementation is nonstandard in some ways. We have communicated this to them. Posts #4 and #5: This appears to be an unsolicited order cancellation and an order submission from Top Step Trader. We do not see anything unusual here.
