I downloaded the latest version yesterday. Ever since then, even though I am Disconnected, my log keeps popping up. Never did this before. Also, strangely, my MS Media Player keeps popping up/turning on. I thought maybe I'm hitting a keyboard key somewhere, but this never happened before and I remember this version did something with hotkeys. This is the Log message (seen below) that keeps popping up even though I'm not connected, but I have internet. "Error getting address info for www.sierrachart.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known. | 2017-02-18 15:10:03 " Also, as you see in the log below. I had written to Support before about my slow charts and they pointed out the "recirculating" and "recalculating". So I cleaned up my charts to stop overlapping references with my "Overlays". My es chart (#4) refers in "Overlays" to my nyse Tic chart (#2), my es Tic chart (#6), and another es chart full hours (#5). So there is no "recirculating" of Overlays. Why are my Charts still "recalculating"? (1-2)Well, these problems didn't happen until right after the latest version download yesterday. Never happened before. So are you saying that the latest version exploited a problem on my computer not normally seen before your latest download? (3) I've read that and since then moved some Overlay studies up the calculating order to see if there's still recalculation. |

I am having the same domain name resolution issues. You suggest that I have to fix it on my end, but I don't even know what the issue is. I did not have the issue until two days ago and I have not changed anything on my end. I have removed all firewalls as per another thread, but that did not fix anything. What has to be done on my end to make this go away? |
