Missing DOM data on Eurex

Hi,
I just renewed / reactivated my data subscriptions, including "Eurex with Market Depth," but I'm not seeing bids and offers on my trading DOM. Did I do something wrong? Thanks in advance

We apologize for this. We have followed up with Barchart about this again.

We thought they completely resolved the market depth issue for EUREX but they only resolved it on one of our servers.

We apologize for this. The EUREX market depth was working yesterday on one of our servers at the time that Barchart, the data provider, resolved the problem. And the market depth data was working on both of our servers for EUREX at the open. However, the problem occurred again. We have reset the connection.

The EUREX market depth data is now working.
