Is there any way I can get a notification, via email or text, when my system gets disconnected from data? I'm losing trades because I wake up in the morning and the data was disconnected. Also is there a way to see how or when or why the data was disconnected? I'm trying to trouble shoot the problem.

First, make sure that Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Reconnect on Failure is enabled. Looking for a reason for the data disconnect at 22:30 on Dec 7. Did it happen on TransAct Futures end or on the end user's computer? Trying to troubleshoot where the problem is so we can fix it. Thanks.
