We think the payment amount is too large. Make it a smaller amount or use the PayPal option. Also give us about 10 minutes and we will make sure your card is allowed through the Dalpay payment processor. Although we are not sure that will make a difference. I ask you to send the money I credited into my balance that didn't show up in my sierra account,i ask you to put it back into my account so I cant resend it back and start again and you charge me 50 used for the privilege. This was a fault your end so look into this.

The 2 payments you made were added to your Sierra Chart Services Balance. There is a clear record of that on our side. The payments you made made were used to purchase 12 months of service package 5. And refunds you requested were made back to the payment cards. And when that was done, a deduction of those 12 months of service package 5 was also done. Everything was done correctly. And there is a reasonable service fee of 5 USD for the refunds. We do not know where you get 50 USD from. This is just not the case at all.
