Massive problems FXCM Orders are explained only to Sec 10-15. Flatten opens new positions. Again Flatten increases position after 20 Seconds. Trade Activity log Trades openly. We ran a test and what we noticed is that order fills are not being received from FXCM. This must be the reason for some of the issues. Although it is hard to fully understand them from our perspective with the way they are explained. We think we know what the problem is with the order fills. We are looking into this now. This took longer than a couple of hours. The order fills were received from FXCM, but the way in which they were handled was not exactly correct based upon the sequence of message events when a fill occurs. The problem is now resolved. We do apologize for this. This was a significant issue. It was not a problem previously and we are not sure exactly what changed that caused it. Possibly a change on the side of FXCM.
