What we think is happening is the connection to the CQG server is being lost. We can confirm this if we see the Message Log:

These are the different messages that we see when the disconnections occur:

CQG FIX Trading | Received LoggedOff message. Reason: Your session was closed due to a concurrent session. | 2016-10-28 11:23:52 (You are connected from another instance of Sierra Chart)

CQG FIX: Received a Logout message. Text = NormalLogoutInitiatedBySelf | 2016-10-28 19:52:00 (This is unusual. It happens for no apparent reason)

socket (480) | Closed. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2016-10-29 00:48:19 (This is a connectivity problem)

One of those messages clearly indicates there is another connection using your CQG account. Either you are aware of that or you need to find out about that. Maybe you should change your CQG password.
