Good morning, I recently subscribed to your datafeed switching from AMTD. Seems some of my tickers are still trying to access the Ameritrade datafeed as they don't update and also do not have "[M]" to the right of the ticker on the chart. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks and have a nice weekend. CJ |

Tell us one of the symbols that does not have that [M] indicator and is not updated in real-time.

This morning when I made the request AAPL(no "M") was not updating--but it is now---when I add new tickers it often takes a long time before they start updating--

We are not sure why you would have a problem. This does not really make sense. When you open a chart for a new symbol, historical data will be downloaded and when the download completes you will see the chart update in real time and even during the download, real-time data is being received. There should not be any problem with this. At this point if you see the problem again, let us now and then we will use remote assistance to look into it at that time because otherwise it is really going to be hard for us to know what the specific issue is in your case. sounds great---why is it that some tickers like aapl don't have the "M"? I thought maybe these were still associated with the Ameritrade feed and maybe needed to cleared the database and start over. many thx |

Good morning, Still having trouble with the feed--some charts have an "[M]" next to the ticker and some don't---and some tickers that have the "[M]" are not updating---the chart below has not updated since the ticker was entered---about 15 min ago. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1477575406473.png comments appreciated. Thanks, Cj |
