We are not sure why you would have a problem. This does not really make sense. When you open a chart for a new symbol, historical data will be downloaded and when the download completes you will see the chart update in real time and even during the download, real-time data is being received. There should not be any problem with this. At this point if you see the problem again, let us now and then we will use remote assistance to look into it at that time because otherwise it is really going to be hard for us to know what the specific issue is in your case.
