OK they need to allow port 9400. There are other ports as well and they are all listed in the Message Log as the connections are being made.

I have download the current version, but now all my charts are daily(i have changed them in intraday charts), but then the numbers bars and the volume profile are not correct. I mean the volume is not correct.
