Goodmorning, I purchased a service package 5, entered CQG datafeed id and password (I come from Ninjatrader, they told me that the same datafeed I used with them will work) but when I open an intraday future chart a message appears telling that symbol is unknown and then doesn't update. Additionally my acc# doesn't appear in the DOM drop down menu.

Goodevening, I finally got charts working but there is one more issue that I can't get through. I still can't have my account number connected (can't find it in the DOM drop down menu). I talked to Ninjatraderbrokerage and they told me it's a question of platform support (as I am correctly using CQG id and password). Can you please help ? Thank you

Goodmorning, I talked to Ninjatraderbrokerage to fix the issue (I can' find my live account in the DOM drop down menu after I entered the same CQG datafeed login I used with Ninjatrader platform, which I was told had to work the same way). Now they turned to me and told to speak to you, as it could easily be a matter of platform support, given that everything is correclty set on their side (Please reach out to SierraChart's technical support for assistance with connecting to your live account is their recent answer) and that Sierra opens flawlessly and CQG server is connected. Can you please help ?

Follow the instructions here to view and select the available Trade Accounts on the logged in connection:

Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

You should see an account number listed. Do you? If so, that is the correct account and it is different because of what is explained here:
