Goodmorning, I talked to Ninjatraderbrokerage to fix the issue (I can' find my live account in the DOM drop down menu after I entered the same CQG datafeed login I used with Ninjatrader platform, which I was told had to work the same way). Now they turned to me and told to speak to you, as it could easily be a matter of platform support, given that everything is correclty set on their side (Please reach out to SierraChart's technical support for assistance with connecting to your live account is their recent answer) and that Sierra opens flawlessly and CQG server is connected. Can you please help ? thank you |
