Dear Support,

Although I expect to upgrade my service package in the near future I am currently renewing my usage time for service package 3. I seem to remember a period list-box (n months) but I cannot see it, only a control for any amount > 10 USD. Has the account page changed or am I looking in the wrong area?

Sorry,

I thought services balance and usage credit were different. My usage has expired but I still have $38.95 service credit.

The information icon offers:

This is an available balance which can be used for the following services:

Sierra Chart Usage Time.
Telephone and Remote Assistance Support.
Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Data Feed.
Text-to-speech alerts.
SMS messages.

At this time I want to add $150, or a specific n-months for the SC Sierra Chart Package 3 as opposed to a specific support request which I thought the residual $38.95 related to?

That's what is throwing me off. There seems to be two account areas but one portal.

The Sierra Chart usage time is now paid for from the Services Balance. We have activated service package 3 on your account for automatic renewal. So your account is now active.

So you can add the 150 USD to the Services Balance and each month there will be a deduction from that balance for service package 3. You are also currently getting the long-term user discount:
