I thought services balance and usage credit were different. My usage has expired but I still have $38.95 service credit.

The information icon offers:

This is an available balance which can be used for the following services:

Sierra Chart Usage Time.
Telephone and Remote Assistance Support.
Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Data Feed.
Text-to-speech alerts.
SMS messages.

At this time I want to add $150, or a specific n-months for the SC Sierra Chart Package 3 as opposed to a specific support request which I thought the residual $38.95 related to?

That's what is throwing me off. There seems to be two account areas but one portal.
