Source: SC Data - All Services Time period is intraday (Chart Settings >> "Intraday Chart Only") Symbols: XIV and TVIX Skimming through the board, I tried the: Global Settings >> Symbol Settings >> Full Reset It didn't do anything. I'm guessing internal references didn't change. I've done multiple: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download to force full downloads. No luck, but XIV went totally empty today. I just retried the steps on the current release. Still no luck. I have a dozen or so other symbols that work fine on intraday. I'm guessing something's stuck on the server side. This has been going on awhile with these 2 symbols, but I haven't had the time to dig in and troubleshoot. Thanks |

This is now resolved. Re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data And Download.

That got it, thanks. Can I request that a daily batch process on the server check the symbol list? XIV and TVIX are commonly used. There are probably other symbols that are stuck. |

The problem occurs when a symbol moves from the NASDAQ to the NYSE or the other way around. There is another solution to this and that will be implemented.
