Unable to log on to platform

I have recently registered for the support board but used different log in details to that for my platform. Was this wrong as I now am unable to access the platform. Should the log in details be the same? If so, how do I change th platform log in please? Each time I try the screen quickly goes to the 'Connecting' page without allowing me time to change the log in Thanks |

You need to use the same Sierra Chart Account Name for both the Support Board and for Sierra Chart itself. Thank you for your reply. So, I have changed the u/n and p/w to the new u/n and p/w I used for the support booard however, platform is still not allowing log in. Do I need to wait for you to actiate these new details? Thanks |

Your account has been activated and/or reset. A restart is necessary if Sierra Chart is already running. Exit the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Hi Thanks for this but I am still unable to log on. I keep on getting the yellow box at the top with text 'Waiting to reconnect'. I am not getting the red box with log in failed Any ideas? |
