My EURUSD data is going flat [no new data streaming in holds at last value] on the Sierra Realtime feed. I've tried restarting Sierra, same thing is happening. I can Edit >> Delete all Data and Download --------which brings EURUSD up to data but goes flat again. It was ok yesterday and earlier this morning, maybe started around 930am-1000am GMT. tried some other currencies they're ok My DAX feed ok |

This problem is now resolved. It only affected one server. We need to determine what the underlying cause was. This will be done later today. Anytime a problem like this is noticed simply reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed to change to a different server. We do apologize for the delay with getting this resolved. It only affected one server and the one single symbol (EURUSD). Whenever you notice a problem like this just reconnect to the data feed following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_FileMenu.html#ProcedureToReconnect We have now discovered the reason for this problem. It had to do with changes we are making to quickly patch in an alternate data feed in case the FXCM feed goes down. In the process of setting this up, there was an inadvertent issue created. This is now resolved. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
