We do apologize for the delay with getting this resolved. It only affected one server and the one single symbol (EURUSD). Whenever you notice a problem like this just reconnect to the data feed following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_FileMenu.html#ProcedureToReconnect We have now discovered the reason for this problem. It had to do with changes we are making to quickly patch in an alternate data feed in case the FXCM feed goes down. In the process of setting this up, there was an inadvertent issue created.
