On my charts Version 992 my time and sales panel will not stay where I have put them after I close the charts for the day. I have done a save and save all. It continues to happen. It has done that on the past few updates. So when I open my charts up I have to take each times and sales panel one by one and move them. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using multiple monitors?. We have heard this. This has been looked at more than once and it is something that is outside of our control. It is a problem at the operating system or video driver level.

Yes. in this case 6. Is there anything that can be done? Many of our clients use multiple monitors and did not report this before. So I assume we will see lots of these comments.

The last we heard, someone did a video driver update and it resolve the problem. We will see if we can find that thread.

The customer reached out to the supplier of his machine re: drivers, here was the response he received:

I would agree that you want the most recent drivers if you don’t have them already. You can check what drivers version you have now by looking in Device Manager:

1. From the Start menu….RIGHT click on Computer then click Properties
2. In the upper left column click on Device Manager
3. Under Display Adapters you will see your video cards listed there.
4. Double click on one of them to check the driver version you are on now.

It should be at least 9.xxx something. If it is not let me know and I will send you a link directly to AMDs driver page.

He did do this process and does have the most recent drivers. Any other ideas?

No other ideas. This is not an issue that we have control over. The basic fact, is that there is a bug or malfunction, occurring on their system. Or this is simply by design.

While some users may experience this, it's not something we usually hear about.

Is there something in the newest upgrades that might have uncovered a deficiency in the user's machine? Sorry to keep saying this, but this person has been using this machine for 5 years and only with the recent upgrade did he start having this issue.

No. We do not see why a new version would change this unless it has something to do with also setting the position of a minimized window. But that change has been there for a while now.

What we will do is set the position twice. Maybe the first time it does not work.
