The customer reached out to the supplier of his machine re: drivers, here was the response he received: I would agree that you want the most recent drivers if you don’t have them already. You can check what drivers version you have now by looking in Device Manager: 1. From the Start menu….RIGHT click on Computer then click Properties 2. In the upper left column click on Device Manager 3. Under Display Adapters you will see your video cards listed there. 4. Double click on one of them to check the driver version you are on now. It should be at least 9.xxx something. If it is not let me know and I will send you a link directly to AMDs driver page. He did do this process and does have the most recent drivers. Any other ideas?
