I am missing data for the April crude contract from 5:00 am 2/17/2016 to 13:00 same day. I am using CTS T4 data feed. I have opened the T4 platform and the data is there on their charting package. I have gone to the 5 am bar and done a "delete and download data" to no avail. I have changed to other crude contracts, like March, and still have a gap. When I closed Sierra Charts last night, all of the data was there. No changes to my setup were made overnight. The session time frame for the chart is the same it has always been, 17:00:00 to 16:00:00. I opened another desktop with Interactive Brokers data feed and the data is all there.

I am baffled. Ideas? Thanks

By the way, I have noticed the last couple of days that my lines of horizontal support and resistance have moved when I reopen my charts. Could this be a related problem?

OK, I built new charts and will just delete the others. For some reason, they must have gotten corrupted. Perhaps this will solve the moving S&R lines.

resolved

For the missing data problem, refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#MissingOrIncompleteIntradayChartData

If the data is still missing it must be missing from the CTS server. We are unable to check this ourselves.

Interesting!!!!

Was just going to post a message ....

My feed is with TTnet and I have the SAME issue.

April contract for CL crude.

Data was there yesterday and now it is gone.

Affecting both intraday and historical charts.

For me the last bar starts at 5:56:21am on 18/2. The data next starts at 00:00:16 on 19/2.

Missing $1.16 of price movement ie over 100 ticks. Last price on 18/2 was $33.76 and first price on 19/2 is $32.60.

Tried the same remedies and no change.

You must be using a Continuous Futures Contract chart. Therefore, follow the instructions here to re-download the data:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading

The chart looks correct for us:

YES, THANKS. I've never encountered this before, but that did solve the problem as I use Continuous Data.
