There currently is a missing historical data issue starting on 2016-02-17 for the OEC/Gain Capital futures trading service. This is due to an OEC server logon issue. OEC has been notified about it. It is affecting the historical data collection. The problem is not on our side and we do not have control over it. We have never seen a problem like this before. Good evening, I have some problems with charts. There is a gap from 04:25 PM until 19:21 (UTC+1) for each chart. I sent an email to OpenECry, I thought something in data-feed does not work, but they answered that this is a problem from sierra-chart and not from OEC. I checked the same data-feed from OEC with a different trading platform and it works. I don't know why! |

We got the connection restored to OEC and the missing data has now been restored.
