There currently is a missing historical data issue starting on 2016-02-17 for the OEC/Gain Capital futures trading service. This is due to an OEC server logon issue. OEC has been notified about it. It is affecting the historical data collection. The problem is not on our side and we do not have control over it. We have never seen a problem like this before.
