no historical data with SC historical data service

Hello, after that i have downloaded the SC current version, using SC historical data service, i don't have historical data in my charts. And "edit > delete all data and download" doesn't download historical data. Then I have also installed a previous version of SC, but the same thing. But if i open a new chart i have historical data. The following is written in the message log: ZNH16 [CBV] [M] Daily #9 | Reloading chart. | 2016-02-09 04:52:00 ZNH16 [CBV] [M] Daily #9 | Symbol Settings not found for symbol. Unable to build continuous futures contract chart. | 2016-02-09 04:52:00 ZNH16 [CBV] [M] Daily #9 | There are no continuous futures contract symbols. This is not totally clear for us. We assume there are not prior futures contracts loaded in the chart? If so, we know why this happens. We will determine a solution for it.
