problem connecting to SC Data Feed

Hello,

I am connected to the Sierra Chart CME Data Feed as seen in this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/4uccTzP.png

When I go to File --> Find Symbols and attempt to open the ES DOM or Chart I don't get any live data, as seen in this screenshot. I also see a notification that the Symbol is invalid (orange message). http://i.imgur.com/sbWGO6D.png

I believe I have properly activated the service package and data subscription. Please advise. Thanks.

Who is your futures broker?

You did have to confirm that you have a funded futures trading account with a supported trading service before you activated the CME Group exchange.

Interactive Brokers. That account was active & funded in 2015. I withdrew funds in January which prompted account closure (went on vacation) but now it's pending to be opened once again. Sierra Chart should still have log that I connected with this accounted a few months back. Otherwise, I suppose I need to wait a few days until the account is re-opened?

You do have to wait to be able to get the real-time CME data according to CME policies.
