Hello, I am connected to the Sierra Chart CME Data Feed as seen in this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/4uccTzP.png When I go to File --> Find Symbols and attempt to open the ES DOM or Chart I don't get any live data, as seen in this screenshot. I also see a notification that the Symbol is invalid (orange message). http://i.imgur.com/sbWGO6D.png I believe I have properly activated the service package and data subscription. Please advise. Thanks. |
