I have more troubles than anyone can imagine, so I decided to get a NEW Windows 7 PC.. and restrict it to TRADING Related ONLY

That means IB and Sierra then Bracket Trader..

WEll, that has not worked. I still can not get into Sierra

Help Please...

Here is what I see....
I connect with and display the IB TWS

I TRY to start the Sierra ... IT WONT CONNECT
I've tried everything I know,,, and so far NOTHING I have done helps

I even mes up THIS... tried to edit my first post, wont do that either and this is not on the trading pc, it's on the laptop...

HOPE you can fix it..

I was able to get the PENDING then gray out then RED lighted box with NOT CONNECTED
then GREEN BOX saying DF 0 ST 0
and no mention of CHARTBOOK or chart like shown somewhere I saw in this section of the help

ohh...and I forgot to tell you that I am a LONG time PAYING User of Sierra and subscribe to the expensive tick data ever since you started it...

Some day, I might figure out how to edit, but I didn't want to chance loosing that post...

What about the client ID ??

You do not need to enter your Interactive Brokers Username or Password in Sierra Chart. Leave those settings blank.

Client ID can be left at any of the choices. Just leave that alone.
