I was able to get the PENDING then gray out then RED lighted box with NOT CONNECTED then GREEN BOX saying DF 0 ST 0 and no mention of CHARTBOOK or chart like shown somewhere I saw in this section of the help Below is a copy of the DATA LOG... hope it helps you solve and tell me what I need to do next, I'm lost here...
