zlf6 oec chart problem

Hello support. Please take a look at this zlf6 daily chart. Something is not right with it. 60 Min chart [CV] is fine. How can i correct it?

Already tried deleting and re-downloading data.

This problem is now resolved. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps

After that re-download the data for all contract months following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading

I did everything but nothing has changed, it still looks the same.

We apologize for this. This is now solved. We had corrected the wrong Symbol Settings previously.

Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps

Go to the chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.

If that does not correct the problem, then re-download the data for all contract months following the instructions here:

It kind of works now but not fully. Here is what in the log.

This line indicates the chart data for the historical daily chart will be automatically re-downloaded:

ZLF6 [CBV] 5 Min #5 | File ZLZ15.dly has a price inaccuracy at Date: 2015-11-25. Price: 0.2889 is significantly off compared to next contract open price of 29.08 | 2015-12-14 12:37:50

If the Historical Daily chart is not correct, post an image of it by following these instructions:

Not sure why you would get this message:
Record has been filtered due to large range while loading Intraday data for ZLF6 | 2015-12-14 12:37:58 *
However, to solve that go to the Intraday chart for that symbol and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
