If so, then this indicates the username is not correctly entered:

I have to try again with them tomorrow morning around 9 AM central time. I called to CQG customer services and they provided to me the username but now I have problem with the password. They suppose to help me tomorrow morning (Ironbeam). Lets see what happen.
