SCs platform is not connecting

Hi there, can you please tell me why my SCs platform is not connecting. It says the following:

..my access to FXCM is fine as I have just logged into my account [MyFXCM.com]

We assume you are still not able to connect to FXCM?

And are getting this message:

Please contact FXCM about this. Apparently your account type has been changed or different rules have been applied preventing access to the FIX server.
