Hi, On CQG feed my historical data is bad for the past few days with CL, ES, and TF contracts. Attached is screenshot of ES daily charts -- CQG on the left (all historical data after Oct 1st is bad) and SC Historical data on the right. "Delete and Download Data" doesn't help. How can I resolve this? Thanks. |

I have checked for F.US.EPZ15 symbol and could not see any data problem there. Could you please recheck by disconnecting and connecting again?

The problem is due to recent changes with the downloading of historical data when using the CQG services in Sierra Chart. We are fixing this issue now. We are going to be releasing 1306 in about 20 minutes. After about 30 minutes update to the latest prerelease by following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate However, it should have actually worked in your case. The problem is your CQG account is not authorized for historical data. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
