The problem is due to recent changes with the downloading of historical data when using the CQG services in Sierra Chart.

We are fixing this issue now. We are going to be releasing 1306 in about 20 minutes.

After about 30 minutes update to the latest prerelease by following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate

However, it should have actually worked in your case. The problem is your CQG account is not authorized for historical data.
